The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, for which we conclude standard contractual clauses.

If a transfer of personal data lawfully provided to us by you or third parties is necessary for the uses described above to countries that are not member states of the EU or EEA and do not offer an adequate level of data protection (unsafe third countries), you consent to a transfer of the data personal data to such an unsafe third country. This consent can also be revoked at any time.

4. Data Storage

We generally retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with this privacy policy. However, there may be times when we are required by law to store certain data for a longer period of time.

After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use. Once the tax and commercial law regulations have expired, this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use. Your personal data, to the extent that it is necessary for the justification, content or change of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for contract processing. Server log files: The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system, used referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of server request IP address. This data cannot be assigned to specific people. This data will not be merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us in order to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered into the contact form will therefore be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal email. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
